Credit Counseling and Debtor Education Courses

Credit Counseling and Debtor Education Courses

There are two (2) "courses" that must be completed to successfully file and complete your bankruptcy.  Before you can file your bankruptcy, you are required to complete pre-bankruptcy credit counseling.  The debtor education course must be completed after you file your bankruptcy.  Freedom Law Firm will provide you with the information on how to complete these courses.  The courses can be completed on-line or over the phone. Only credit counseling organizations and debtor education course providers that have been approved by the U.S. Trustee Program may issue these certificates.
